Game 18 Summary

 

Keenan player just misses triple-double in win

 

Keenan High took advantage of turnovers Friday in its 55-45 win over Lancaster High in both teams’ final game of the Chick-fil-A Classic.

 

The Raiders (Columbia, SC) scored 20 of their points off turnovers. Guard Kip Smalls came close to a triple-double, scoring 13 points, grabbing 10 rebounds and getting nine assists.

 

The Bruins (Lancaster, SC) were led by Mike Lowery’s 14 points. O’Brian Colbert had 10 points and six rebounds.

 

Keenan was 1-2 in this year’s Classic and is 6-3 on the season. Lancaster, winless in the tournament, is 2-7 overall.
