Balanced attack leads Winter Park to 30-point win

Winter Park improved its 2005 Chick-fil-A Classic record to 1-1 Thursday with a 76-46 win over Keenan.

The Wildcats (Winter Park, FL) had five players in double-digits, with John Pietkiewicz leading the way with 18. Francis Aihe just missed a triple-double, notching 11 points, 11 rebounds and eight blocks.

The Raiders (Columbia, SC), winless so far in the tournament, shot 30 percent for the game to the Wildcats’ 57.1 percent. Keenan’s top scorer was Daniel Chestnut with 12.

Winter Park (8-2) plays again at 1:40 p.m. Friday against Lower Richland. Keenan (5-3) plays at 10:30 a.m. against Lancaster.
